About Ethiopia
Ethiopia is the birthplace of Arabica coffee — Africa’s oldest producer, with a diverse range of regional cups shaped by highland geography.
Roughly 700,000 independent farmers grow coffee over 400,000 hectares at 1,500–2,200 m. Southern, eastern highland, southwestern and Kaffa regions each offer distinct flavours — from jasmine and bergamot to berry and cocoa.
