    Get the most from every bag

    Store beans in an airtight container away from heat and light, and grind just before brewing. Espresso grinds should be fine and consistent; filter grinds should be coarser. If your shot runs too fast, grind finer. If it tastes sour and thin, extend the extraction time slightly.

    How fresh are the beans when they ship?+

    We roast in small batches and pack for freshness. Roast beans are best within a few weeks of the roast date, so buy in amounts you will use within that window.

    Can I get my beans ground?+

    Yes. Choose whole bean, espresso, drip or French press on each product page before you add it to your cart.

    What is Swiss Water decaf?+

    Swiss Water is a chemical-free decaffeination process that uses water and green coffee solubles to remove caffeine while keeping the flavour intact.
