Signature Espresso Blend

Our flagship. Rich, bold and chocolate-forward, roasted in small batches and built for espresso. It pulls a thick, golden crema and holds its sweetness through milk, so it works as well in a flat white as it does on its own.

• Dark chocolate
• Caramel
• Toasted nut
• Roast level: Medium-dark

Espresso: 18–20 g in, about 36–40 g out in 25–30 seconds. Grind fine and adjust by time, not by feel. Filter: a medium-fine grind works well in a pour-over.
